Pre - Screening by Our Experts
- Short - listing of CVs to meet client's specifications & requirements.
- We conduct preliminary interviews in order to ascertain the capacity of applicants (as per details furnished by them in their CVs).
- We forward a complete set of CVs of candidates to clients for their review and evaluation, if required.
Final Selection By Our Clients
- We provide the best secretarial assistance for the interviewer.
- After final selection by the client, a formal offer letter is issued to candidates or a declaration is taken from them accepting our terms & Conditions.
- Premedical is done for Shortlisted workers within 24 hours after the interview.
- Our candidates can report duty within 2 - 4 weeks of receiving IPA (or) EP.
Post Recruitment Details to Client for Apply IPA
- Pre - selection Assessment form with the delegates' approval & comments.
- Declaration form duly signed by the candidates.
- The job details of the candidates for quick reference.
- Complete passport details for easy reference to apply for IPA (or) EP.
- Clear copies of passport and color photographs.
- Detailed CVs. with copies of qualification & experience certificates.
- Certificate of medical fitness would be required so as not to process IPA (or) EP for unfit candidates.
Orientation of Candidates before Employment
- We will keep the candidates posted of the IPA (or) EP status so that they are ready for departures even at short notice.
- We will complete travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding departure of candidates.
- we strictly adhere to our client's instructions at every stage of the recruitment and employ the candidates within the stipulated time.
